Returns and Warranty policy
To start a return, you can contact us at info@cashsavvy.net.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returned items cost is at the customers expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased online.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
We are committed to providing you with quality products. In the event that you decide to exchange an item due to a change of mind, we are happy to facilitate the process. Additionally, in the rare instance of receiving a faulty item, we are pleased to assist you with an exchange within the applicable warranty period. Your satisfaction with our products remains our top priority.

Policy on Change of Mind:
- We are happy to Exchange
- We do not provide refunds for changes of mind, but we are happy to exchange.
30-day warranty for:
- Car audio (installation by licensed technician required)
- Battery & rechargeable items
Policy on Faulty Items:
- We happily exchange or refund for faulty items within their warranty period
90-day warranty for:
- Electrical powered items
- General goods
No warranty for:
- As-is items
