This silver sword is from the School of the wolf, a school of witchers headquartered at Kaer Morhen in Kaedwen. In the days of its glory, the School of the Wolf was one of the most recognized of the witcher schools. Its members gained the reputation of professional and reliable monster slayers.
It is a delicate blade only used against creatures who are vulnerable to silver, such as the undead and most types of monsters. It is light enough to be wielded in only one hand, leaving the other hand free for another weapon or for the casting of Signs.
This is the first version of the Wolven Silver Sword, crafted from leather scraps, silver ingot, fifth essence and monster brain.
